Electrical Monitoring

The PULSE Series™

Four Domains. One Loop.

No Electrical Blind Spots.

Current. Infrared. Airborne Ultrasound. Cabinet Climate. Continuous
Electrical Monitoring.
The PULSE Series™ brings four-domain electrical sensing to predictive
maintenance - fusing current and amperage, non-contact infrared, airborne
ultrasound, and cabinet climate into one continuous surveillance layer for
live electrical assets, exposing load imbalance, harmonics, overheating
connections, corona, arcing, and partial discharge at their earliest stage,
well before a breaker trips or a winding fails, streaming every signal into
MatrixHub™ over Modbus RTU, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, and IO-Link with no
proprietary gateway, and correlating electrical behavior with the vibration,
ultrasound, and lubrication intelligence of the closed-loop reliability
ecosystem - from the first abnormal signature to verified corrective action,
the PULSE Series™ closes the loop.

Our Purpose

From Annual Thermography to 24/7 Electrical Intelligence
Thermal faults are current-dependent - a loose lug that looks normal at 30% load can run dangerously hot at peak production. Periodic scans see a moment; permanent sensing sees the pattern. The PULSE Series™ watches every monitored point continuously, under real load, with no cabinet opening and no arc-flash exposure - turning electrical rooms from an inspection liability into a live, AI-analyzed layer of your condition monitoring program, where electrical and mechanical health finally share one picture.

Four Sensors. One Electrical Health Picture.

The PULSE Series™ family of electrical monitoring sensors.

Current Sensor

Split-core CT sensing of amperage and load - 20, 150, or 600 A ranges. Reveals load imbalance, overload, and electrical faults before a breaker trips.

Infrared Sensor

Non-contact surface temperature of connections, terminations, and breakers. Hot spots trend at the earliest stage - no cabinet opening, no arc-flash exposure.

Airborne Sensor

Airborne ultrasound (20–100 dBμV RMS) detects corona, arcing, tracking, and partial discharge - the faults that are invisible until they aren't.

Temp & Humidity Sensor

Cabinet temperature, humidity, and dew point - −40°C to 85°C, 0–100% RH. Flags condensation risk and insulation-environment drift before moisture-driven faults develop.

Precision at the Core

Four-Domain Electrical Sensing

Current and amperage, infrared, airborne ultrasound, and cabinet climate work together to reveal electrical faults that no single measurement can detect on its own.

Fault Detection Before Failure

Load imbalance, harmonics, overheating connections, corona, arcing, and partial discharge surface at their earliest stage, well before a breaker trips or a winding fails.

Standard-Protocol Integration

Modbus RTU, 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V, and IO-Link outputs connect directly to existing PLC, DCS, SCADA, and MatrixHub™ systems with no proprietary gateway required.

Industrial-Grade Reliability, Rapid Deployment

Sealed IP65 to IP68 housings and stainless steel options withstand harsh electrical rooms and washdown zones, while M8 and M12 quick-disconnect mounting enables installation in minutes.

How It Works - The Closed Loop

Sense → Analyze → Validate → Act

Sense

PULSE Series™ sensors inside the enclosure cover connections, terminations, breakers, and bus - current, thermal, acoustic, and climate.

Analyze

MatrixHub™ learns each panel's thermal and electrical profile against load and ambient, then flags deviation, phase spread, and rate-of-rise.

Validate

Our Customer Success team validates every flagged anomaly before it reaches you - no false alarms in your work queue.

Act

Each confirmed anomaly becomes a prioritized work order, reviewed in our biweekly CS meeting and tracked until implemented and solved.

Coverage is engineered per panel lineup during site survey. All readings
stream to MatrixHub™ for baselining, trending, and closed-loop work-
order generation.

Assets We Monitor

Electrical Panels

Switchgear, MCCs, and distribution panels - every lug, breaker, and bus under continuous thermal and acoustic watch.

Motor Terminal Boxes

Terminations and connections at the motor - where electrical stress meets the mechanical assets your PdM program already protects.

Cold storage, warehouses, and process environments - temperature, humidity, and dew point protecting insulation and product from condensation-driven failure.
